Thanks to Labgroup’s quick response, the Disaster Recovery (DR) protocol was activated, all the Ibex essential services (emails, shared documents and accounting software) were restored, along with VPN access to the Labgroup cloud servers and all within just four hours.
“By 12:30 PM, everything was back, up and running.” says the manager. “Our Gibraltar infrastructure was totally offline for ten days, whilst we waited for the delivery and configuration of our new hardware. It was a stressful time, but having Labgroup by our side made all the difference in being able to continue working & provide a service to our customers.”
