Secure Destruction Services

You need to destroy confidential data or documents securely?

Your archives have reached the end of their lifecycle and you would like to have them securely destroyed?

We offer a secure destruction service for your documents, as well as your media (hard disks, tapes, etc.), in a certified and confidential manner.

Destroy securely your electronic records, thanks to our media destruction services.
The secure destruction of paper documents is achieved by shredding and is aligned with Industry Norms.

You need disposal containers within your premises?

We also provide safe disposal containers for the secure destruction of documents located within your office. 

Different sizes of containers are available: 80L, 120L and 415L.

Our shredding machine can handle high volumes of paper and complies with DIN 66399 Level P-3 requirements, generating paper waste particles of no more than 320 mm2.

The secure destruction of paper records (whether in bulk, containers or archive boxes) is achieved by shredding and is aligned with Industry Norms:

  • Pursuant to security procedures as established by Labgroup and approved by our auditors.
  • Under the unique control of Labgroup’s employees, who are bound by a professional secrecy agreement and law.

We sort paper by colour before destruction and all waste resulting from the destruction of paper or electronic items is securely stored before being sent to recycling centres or revalorisation units, in order to be reintroduced into the cycle of the circular economy.

How do I manage my archives, media and scanned documents?

We developped ArcStore®, a Software-as-a-Service application, to enable you to manage your physical records, such as archive boxes, backup media, and/or other assets stored by Labgroup or at your premises.

Via ArcStore®, locate and request a secure delivery of your archives, media and/or assetsWe will retrieve and deliver them back to your office.

Using ArcStore® guarantees the security and traceability of your digital documents (E-Delivery), archives, media and allows you to generate reports when required.

Fully hosted and replicated on two TIER IV datacentres located in Luxembourg, ArcStore® is web-based and no pre-installation is required.

Is it possible to request an electronic copy of documents stored?

Yes, totally! We provide E-Delivery services: thanks to our digitisation services, we offer you a transfer of your archived content via a secure channel: ArcStore® or secure e-mail.

  • Excellent and secure alternative to physical delivery of your files.
  • Work remotely while having access to business information.

Can you help me digitise my paper archives?

Yes, we offer optional document digitisation as part of our archiving services. We scan, index, and securely store your documents, helping you to transition to a digital workflow at your own pace.

What happens when a document reaches the end of its retention period?

Once a document reaches the end of its legal or operational life, we offer secure destruction, with full traceability. You stay in control through automated retention policies and deletion approvals.

How much does archiving cost?

Pricing depends on the volume, document types, retention periods, and services required. We offer scalable, tailored plans. Contact us for a free, no-obligation assessment.

How long should I keep my documents?

Retention periods depend on your industry, the type of document, and local regulations. In Luxembourg, most accounting and tax documents must be retained for at least 10 years, as required by the Tax Code and Commercial Code. Other documents, like HR records or contracts, may have different legal requirements.

We offer Consultancy services to help you define and automate retention rules that align with your business requirements (e.g. GDPR, Commercial Law, CSSF requirements) and relevant international standards (like ISO 15489 or ISO 14641-1).

Can I manage my archives myself?

Yes. With a personalised storage room, you can manage the archives with your own staff or let us handle everything for you. Centralised storage is fully managed by our team.
