Data Resilience solutions for a Big4 in Luxembourg
21 November 2024: back in the main conference room for a Business Case presented by Micaël Weber.
On the programme: how Labgroup has been managing data protection for the Luxembourg entity of a Big4 for almost 10 years:
- A project involving almost 800 servers and 1,000 terabytes of backed-up data,
- A complete migration from the Carbonite environment to Cohesity technologies successfully carried out to meet the customer’s specific requirements.
- Labgroup provides ongoing management of the customer’s entire data protection platform to ensure optimal operational conditions.
- We offer a ‘Pay-per-Use’ billing model, where the exact volume of data is invoiced to the customer on a monthly basis.
Cédric Derom spoke at the Gemengen Dag for Luxembourg’s local authorities.
His talk covered a number of key issues relating to secure data management for Luxembourg’s various municipal institutions:
- The objectives of a backup system,
- The importance of effective and rapid data restoration,
- The need for local authorities to adapt to regulatory and technological developments,
- Governance and strategy adapted to these changes
- And above all, how Labgroup can meet the specific needs of local authorities.
