Indeed, in addition to be a member of the IMS, which gives us the opportunity to exchange on different subjects contributing to the improvement of our processes, we have recently decided to change our internal operating system by adopting the Holacracy principle.
This form of constitutional management promotes the distribution of responsibilities and shared decision-making. It establishes a flat hierarchy and encourages self-organisation among the members of the company.
