As announced in the communication of the 04 October 2019, Labgroup launched ArcStore® Mobile, a new application solution offering a full paperless service to all our Document Archiving clients. As so, all your document management requests will be carried out in a digital process.
With ArcStore® Mobile application, instead of paper documents, the Labgroup employee carries a mobile computer on which you can quickly and easily sign on. After the signature of the client and the Labgroup employee, the document will be automatically emailed to the requester’s e-mail address and Labgroup’s supervisor. A duplicate can be sent to the client by Labgroup’s Service Desk, upon request.
Nothing else changes: neither the request-for-collection process nor your contractual conditions.
