Labgroup is moving to a new building, which is currently under construction, in Grass (Steinfort).
To manage and deal with sustained growth, it became essential to centralise, expand and modernise our facilities.
Our offices and warehouses, currently located in Munsbach and Contern, will be regrouped together to serve our clients even better and to be more efficient and productive.
The office design will be modern to create a functional, pleasant and environmentally friendly working environment for our community.
Labgroup increased its number of employees by 25% since 2016 and today employs 80 people, spread over two sites. With their capacity reaching saturation, the management analysed the different options and chose to gather all of its employees in one working place that stands for innovation, modernity and conviviality.
In 2017, the company celebrated its 40th anniversary by becoming the first PSDC (Provider of Dematerialisation and Conservation Services). The evolution of legal and technical market conditions requires recurrent investments in Information Technology, security, traceability, etc. With this new building, Labgroup is anticipating a continuous growth by giving itself the means to adapt its services more easily and quickly to clients’ demands.

Will there be an interruption of service during relocation?
No. Labgroup will always be able to ensure the full service and to organise the delivery-back of your stored documents. The client will still have the choice between standard or express delivery. As you know, Labgroup’s end-to-end document archiving services include, upon request, the collection of new archives and the delivery for consultation, pick-up or destruction
Furthermore, the strict working methodology that Labgroup complies with (see Q2), allows us to localise all items at all times and thus continue the service without interruption.

Will the new building meet the same level of security standards as Labgroup’s current depots?
Labgroup’s new flagship headquarters building, implemented on a plot of 11,700 m2, has been especially designed and has received the operating permit for classified property (commodo / incommodo), for the secure storage of paper archive boxes. It will be equipped with a new storage system for archive boxes in superimposed sections up to a height of 11 meters under the ceiling.
