The relationship between Scottish Equitable and Lab is very good. All requests are dealt with in a swift and professional manner & any problems are also resolved without delay.

We have regular contact with our Lab representative to discuss any issues or training we might require & also a list of contacts at Lab for any specific requests, I find this to be an excellent service.

We’ve been working with Lab for 16 years and have now 32.500 archiving boxes. The Lab staff is always friendly and very helpful. With ArcStore online, retrieving an archive is just a simple mouse-click on your desktop. If for a reason or another we can’t find the requested archive we give LAB a phone call and they guide us until we find it. The archive deliveries and pick ups are always done in a timely manner. We have the same satisfaction with the Media collection/delivery and the Bins emptying. Overall we are very satisfied with the Services provided by Lab and the professionalism of their staff.
